Runner

You will be responsible for assisting the dining-room team with an eye to providing exceptional service. You will liaise between the dining and kitchen areas.

Main Duties:

  • Assisting servers with all their tasks
  • Setting up the restaurant tables, cleaning, maintaining and clearing tables
  • Supporting the entire team during different courses
  • Helping to ensure diner satisfaction and loyalty
  • Offering friendly, cordial service
  • Keeping work areas consistently clean and helping tidy up the dining room after meals

As barperson, you will greet guests in accordance with Moishes’ procedures

You offer advice, guiding guests in their selection of cocktails and spirits and serving them drinks. You ensure that guests are fully satisfied with their bar service.

Main Duties:

  • Preparing, setting up and monitoring the bar area
  • Ensuring procurement and inventory management
  • Greeting guests courteously and cordially
  • Advising guests in order to ensure their complete satisfaction with their bar service and participating in optimizing revenues
  • Making cocktails and different drinks
  • Helping to create, and make changes to, the bar’s menu
  • Complying with, and ensuring compliance with, hygiene and food safety regulations
