As part of our participation in the iconic Montréal en Lumière event, Moishes’ chef, Murteza Talu, will join forces with Renée Lavallée, also known as “The Feisty Chef,” owner of the renowned restaurant The Canteen in Nova Scotia..

This exclusive collaboration will result in a 4-course menu, priced at $135 per person, available only on February 28 and March 1, 2025. Combining seasonal ingredients and local flavors, this meeting of Lavallée’s innovation and Talu’s pursuit of authenticity promises a unique culinary experience.

For a complete experience, you can add wine pairings curated by sommelier Thomas Carney, who will offer a unique selection in the warm atmosphere of Moishes.
