British Airways praises our filet mignon
A recent article in British Airways’ Highlife singles out our filet mignon as one of “ten dishes you have to try on Boulevard Saint-Laurent” in Montreal. We’re grateful for the honour and extend our congratulations to all of the worthy restaurants on the list. As our owner Lenny Lighter says in the article: ‘the filet mignon has been a signature dish for most of our 78 years. What makes it so great is the product itself – we buy the best USDA Nebraska beef, we cook on live hardwood charcoal (a rarity these days) and season our steak simply with salt. We are all about the product. We keep it simple.’
