The Grilled Podcast by Moishes is going strong since we launched it in November, 2015. Our recent episodes featured interviews with Park’s Antonio Park, Joe Beef, Liverpool House and Vin Papillon’s David McMillan, Impasto, Gema and Chez Tousignant’s Michele Forgione, Beauty’s Luncheonette’s Hymie and Larry Skolnick,  St-Viateur Bagel’s Nick Morena, and Le Devoir’s Jean-Philippe Tastet.  The Grilled podcast provides an insider’s look at some of the pillars of Montreal’s celebrated dining industry, with forays into culture and business. This year, we’ll be extending our show to feature guests from Toronto and New York City, in addition to more of our own city’s leading lights, including Park’s Antonio Park, and Milos’ Costas Spiliadis.
